WNBPA Director of Operations Terri Jackson has been a long-standing advocate for female student-athletes, in the world of collegiate athletics and beyond. Born and raised in Metuchen, New Jersey, Jackson received both her Bachelor of Arts and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University. Early in her career, Jackson spent several years developing and teaching her own course on women in sports at American University, Trinity University, and Tulane University, among others. Jackson later served as Assistant General Counsel to the University of District Columbia before joining the NCAA, where after several years she was appointed Director of Law, Policy, and Governance. In 2016, Jackson was named Director of Operations for the Women's National Basketball Players Association.
