Richard Bohny

Richard is an associate on the Secondary Team at AlpInvest Partners, a global private equity investment management organization which operates as a part of Carlyle's Investment Solutions segment. He formerly was an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel Nicolaus, a middle-market investment bank in NYC. Richard graduated with honors from Villanova University in May 2015 with an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and a graduate degree in finance. While at Villanova, he also competed for the cross country and track & field teams, focusing on the 800 meters and Mile. Richard was first introduced to New Heights through Youth Inc., which partners with youth-serving nonprofits to help them achieve sustainable growth and maximize their impact, and joined the ELC in 2018.
