As you may know, for the past [X years] I have been involved with New Heights, an incredible nonprofit that provides academic and athletic programs for underserved youth in New York City. The organization uses basketball as a hook to offer mentoring, tutoring, test prep, summer day camps, leadership workshops, college advisement, campus visits, and other valuable resources that student-athletes who struggle economically are often unable to access. I am honored to serve on the [Board of Directors/Emerging Leaders Council] and to be on the event leadership team for our 21st annual MADNESS cocktail and viewing party on Thursday, March 19th at The Ainsworth in Midtown.
