Léony Boudreau works in the Strategy and Growth team at the NBA, where she focuses on advancing technology and innovation for the game of basketball. A former basketball player at Purdue University, she studied Biomedical Engineering and Business and founded RIISE to raise awareness for adaptive sports and develop solutions at the intersection of inclusivity, sports, and engineering. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and has developed a new obsession with golf.
