Kyle DeMerlis
Development Associate

Kyle joined New Heights in May 2023 as Development Associate, supporting the organization's fundraising programs through the tracking and reporting of donor data, as well as event management and donor communication.

Prior to joining New Heights, Kyle was a phone representative with Vanguard, where he provided investment guidance and technical support to clients. Before that role, Kyle was a Program Assistant with Café Reconcile, where he lead the recruitment effort of young people looking for employment opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Kyle graduated from Villanova University in 2020 with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Business.
