With more than $100 million in capital projects completed under his leadership, Kristopher is a go-to expert in building efficiency upgrades, compliance strategies, and major system renovations. His broad experience and understanding of the residential industry ensures smart, strategic decision making for every property he works with, and empowers Boards and Developers to invest wisely and uphold operational excellence.

Kristopher holds an MBA in both Finance and Marketing from Iona University and is active in nonprofit work. In addition to joining the New Heights’ Emerging Leaders Council in 2023, Kristopher dedicates his time and fundraising efforts as a committee member with the Kids for Kids Foundation.
