Justin Grant is the Senior Vice President and Head of Urban Digital at Capitol Records, where he leads digital marketing strategy across the company’s urban roster, including Capitol, Motown, and Priority Records. Based in New York, Justin brings a decade of industry experience and a track record of success developing major artists such as Cardi B, Lil Uzi Vert, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, and NBA YoungBoy.

Justin began his career as an intern at Atlantic Records in 2014 and rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Digital Marketing & Sports Partnerships, building innovative campaigns at the intersection of music, culture, and digital engagement. A former member of the men’s basketball team at William Paterson University and a passionate advocate for youth mentorship, he joined New Heights in 2024 to help empower the next generation of leaders through his creativity and industry expertise.
