Jake Brody is an Associate Director of Investment Sales on the Institutional Sales Team at Ariel Property Advisors, a leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm in New York City. In his role, Jake works closely with the firm’s partners to originate and execute transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, commercial, and development properties. He and the Institutional Team specialize in advising clients on the disposition of affordable housing assets subject to city, state, and federal regulatory agreements, while at the same time preserving their long-term affordability.

Prior to joining Ariel, Jake held management, marketing, and analytical roles at global consumer packaged goods companies, including Anheuser-Busch InBev and Diageo. He is a graduate of Indiana University, where he earned a Certificate in Business Foundations from the Kelley School of Business.

Originally from Chicago’s northern suburbs, Jake played varsity basketball in high school and remains active through intramural leagues and pickup games in New York City. In his free time, he is an avid runner, golfer, and film enthusiast.
