Colette Lelchuk is an Associate Partner at Prophet Brand Strategy, a brand and growth strategy consulting firm. She helps clients across industries (including apparel, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, financial services, and beyond) define their strategies and bring them to life through products, services, and experiences that appeal to target consumers. She has always loved consumer psychology and, at Prophet, she is able to help brands deliver on what consumers think and need. Before joining Prophet, Colette was a PhD candidate in consumer-decision making and worked at Deloitte, another management consulting firm.

Colette has been an avid basketball player her whole life and has seen firsthand the impact basketball can have far beyond the lines of the court. For this reason, she's absolutely thrilled to be a part of the New Heights team.

She is from Long Island, NY and graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
