Chantal joins New Heights with an extraordinary background in philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and community-centered leadership. Most recently she served as Managing Director of Philanthropy at Asia Society, and before that spent over a decade at Brooklyn Academy of Music, where she built deep relationships across Brooklyn's philanthropic community. She also served as Associate Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the New York Botanical Garden and spent a decade at Macy's Parade Group leading high-profile partnerships for some of New York's most iconic events.

Her roots in community service are equally impressive, from developing volunteer programs at New York Cares to serving as a child advocate at Louise Wise Services and Covenant House. Chantal is also a proud member of the 2026 cohort of the 92NY Women in Power Fellowship, a distinction that speaks to her commitment to leadership, mentorship, and advancing women across the philanthropic sector.

As a Brooklynite with deep ties to the communities we serve, Chantal brings not only a wealth of experience but a genuine passion for the borough and the young people who call it home.
