Chanel joins New Heights as Office & Facility Operations Manager, bringing a strong background in operations, a love for sports, and a deep passion for youth development and mental health.

Prior to New Heights, Chanel was a Program Manager at Bridges to Academic Success, where she wore many hats across program operations, budgeting, web development, and curriculum design. Before that, she managed daily office operations, staff, and student mental health events at BMCC.

Chanel graduated from CUNY College of Staten Island with a B.S. in Corporate Communications and a minor in Psychology.
