Andrew Braver
Cushman & Wakefield

Andrew Braver is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services firms.  He joined Cushman’s Brokerage Services Group in 2011.  Prior to joining Cushman, Mr. Braver worked as a commercial real estate advisor for The Manhattes Group, LLC and as a leasing associate at Guardian Realty Investors based in Bethesda, Maryland.

Andrew focuses on tenant representation of Fortune 500 companies, financial firms, law firms, technology companies and healthcare organizations.  In 2018, he represented Pfizer on its lease of over 800,000 square feet for its global headquarters, the largest new lease in New York City that year.  Select tenant representations include:

· Pfizer – 800,000 sf headquarter lease at 66 Hudson Boulevard

· Verizon – 140,000 sf lease at 155 Delancey Street (Essex Crossing)

· Verizon – 130,000 sf net lease at 620 Eleventh Avenue

· Fanatics, Inc. – 115,000 sf headquarter lease at 95 Morton Street

· Verizon – 100,000 sf data center lease renewal at 111 Eighth Avenue

· Ameriprise Financial – multiple lease transactions totaling 100,000 sf at One World Trade Center, 530 Fifth Avenue and 485 Lexington Avenue

· McKool Smith – 90,000 sf lease at One Manhattan West

· Greater New York Hospital Association – 56,000 sf lease renewal at 555 W 57th Street

· Sports Illustrated – 40,000 sf sublease at 225 Liberty Street

Andrew also represents prominent New York area landlords where his duties include developing and implementing leasing strategies, term sheet and lease negotiation, leasing activity reporting and direct broker and tenant outreach.  Select landlord representations include:
