Adam Smee
Girls Program Coordinator

Adam Smee joined New Heights as Girls Program Coordinator in 2025, bringing with him a deep passion for basketball and youth development. Before joining New Heights, he coached at schools and community organizations across New York City, working with athletes from elementary through high school. He is committed to evidence-based coaching methods that emphasize player growth, adaptability, and long-term development.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Adam has also worked in arts-based youth programs and community service initiatives—experiences that inform his holistic approach to supporting student-athletes on and off the court. He is dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive environments where young people can thrive as leaders, teammates, and students.
